Our Payment Gateway (Ikhokha) accepts most payment methods.

For normal orders we require 3 - 5 business working days to create your masterpiece. Delivery options and your location could also add to the overall delivery time of your product.

Please note that for large orders or very specialised items it may take longer, but we will promptly inform you of any delays that could occur.

We need proof of the damage via photos, and the final decision is up to our discretion.

Unfortunately, because a lot of our products are custom made, no exchanges or refunds will be allowed. We make sure that before we create anything that you are happy with the art work.

We require a high quality image (at least 800px by 600px) and include the first round of artwork as part of the price.
You will be given one change for free after the initial artwork is done.
Thereafter artwork will be charged for at an hourly rate. We will make sure to notify you if there will be any extra charges before doing any work.

For now Whatsapp is the easiest channel to upload these image files, but we do want to implement this as part of the checkout process once our E-Commerce website is up and running.

Yes. All payments are securely processed by our payment gateway partner, Ikhokha. We do not collect or store any credit card or payment information on our servers. You will be redirected to Ikhokha’s secure portal to complete your payment. For more details, see the Ikhokha Privacy Policy.
